John Hansen, Founder & CEO
John began his career over 15 years ago as an Audio Engineer after receiving his Bachelor of Fine Arts in Entertainment Business & Law, with an Associates Degree in Audio Engineering, from Full Sail University. Shortly after years of touring, he launched Quest Audio in the Dallas Fort Worth Metroplex that services professional A/V labor needs for Live Events, Product Launches, Tradeshows, Festivals and Corporate Conferences. After many years of building a successful business with Quest Audio Show Services throughout the Southwest Region, he saw the need for a company that combined quality Audio Visual equipment along with stellar technical support. VAUX Media Group was launched to provide a cohesive service from front of house to back of house, all from one company. John values his relationship with his clients and is dedicated to supporting their needs so that they can provide a dynamic guest experience.
Larry Slocum, Director of Sales
Larry is a veteran of the production industry with over 25 years of experience in event sales and operations. He has an extensive background in both local and national events, focusing on anticipating client’s needs to provide exceptional event management. He received his Bachelors of Business in Marketing from the University of Texas at Arlington.
Megan Hansen, Operations Manager
With a 15 year background in product development, Megan has a process driven focus and is capable of transforming those insights into action. Her strong communication skills help to align our cross functional teams; ensuring a seamless client experience.
